Welcome to the Fall City Chiropractic Center new patient center!

Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all the at same time causing overload.

In contrast, at Fall City Chiropractic Center our aim is to  remove any  stressors causing unnecessary tension and make you feel comfortable. The center has invested in an electronic medical record keeping system so that eliminates the need for a lot of paperwork. You might want to take a moment and jot down some of your medical history (times and conditions) as well as any medicines you are currently taking, the dose and the reason for taking them ( high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc,)
